Bidar: A fatal accident occurred near Tadola village in Basavakalayan taluk when a moving truck rammed into a stationary one, leading to the tragic death of its driver.
The victim, Tirupati Dasare (36), a resident of Niragudi village, was en route from Mumbai to Hyderabad when the crash took place around 10 PM. Failing to notice the broken-down truck on the road, he collided with it from behind, losing his life on the spot.
The accident caused traffic disruptions, but police swiftly responded, deploying a JCB to clear the wreckage and restore movement.
Authorities have registered a case at the Basavakalayan traffic police station and are investigating further.
