
Tragic Stray Dog Attack Claims Life of 11-Year-Old Boy in Chitradurga
In a tragic incident from Rampura village in Molakalmur taluk, an 11-year-old boy named Mithun lost his life following a vicious attack by a pack of stray dogs. The incident occurred while Mithun was on his way to tuition classes.
During the attack, he sustained multiple injuries, with bites on his head, cheeks, and other parts of his body. An auto rickshaw driver named Rajappa came to his rescue and quickly transported Mithun to Rampura Hospital for medical treatment. However, despite efforts to save him, the boy succumbed to his injuries while being transferred to The Vijayanagara Institute of Medical Sciences (VIMS) in Ballari.
Rampura Police have registered a case regarding the incident, and an investigation is currently underway.
