Ramanagara: A concluding event is scheduled to take place today in Ramanagara, marking the one-year anniversary of the Bharat Jodo Yatra. The event will be attended by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, Deputy CM DK Shivakumar, ministers, numerous MLAs, and members of the Congress party.
The procession is scheduled to start at 5 pm from the Ramanagara Deputy Commissioner’s office. KAI workers from various areas of the district will commence the march at the same time.
Expanding on the strong results achieved during Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Yatra in Karnataka, the Congress is now gearing up to harness that energy. As part of its plan to compete effectively in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections in the old Mysuru region, the party has arranged a padayatra in Ramanagara district today. Approximately 20,000 activists are expected to participate in this event.
