Karwar: Two lovers committing suicide in the Kaneri forest area of Joida town has come to light, a little later after the incident, here on Tuesday, May 7.
The deceased are Shariappa Devalapura (19) and Pooja Soppina (18), residents of Thadakoda village of Dharwad district.
The couple had written a death note which held themselves responsible for their extreme step.
Their bodies were recovered from Kali Tiger Reserve.
A case has been filed in the Joida Police Station.
