Karwar: BJP National General Secretary C. T. Ravi said that Bhatkala Mulsims were originally Jains and Hindus.
Speaking to mediapersons in Bhatkala of the District, he said that those who developed fascist nature forget their roots. The Bhatkala Naga Temple has 800 years of history. The Muslims of Bhatkala have just 300 years of history. “These Muslims have their rotes in Jainism and Hinduism,” he said.
He also added that BJP is surely to return to power in the State. “People will keep flowers in the ears of Congress leaders who will destroy the State economy if returned to power,” he said.
