Karwar: Two persons died on the spot when the vehicle in which they were travelling crashed into a road side tree near Chendiya in Karwar taluk.
The incident occurred when a group of 12 people in their Land Cruiser vehicle were on their way to Goa from Kushtagi. Three of the injured are said to be in a critical condition among the 10 injured.
Karwar rural police have registered a case after Circle Inspector police Shivakumar visited the accident spot.
