Mangaluru: A J Hospital & Research Centre headed by Medical Director Dr. Prashanth Marla, participated in Kuwait Healthcare Expo 2019, an international platform provided by the Indian Embassy in Kuwait, in association with the Indian Doctors Forum (IDF), Kuwait Medical Association (KMA), Indian Business and Professional Council (IBPC) and Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).
The “Best of Indian Healthcare Expo 2019” was held at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Kuwait on March 17 and 18. Dr. Mustafa Muhhamed Al Redha, Undersecretary to Ministry of Health inaugurated the event in the presence of Kuwait Medical Association president Dr. Ahmad Al Thuwaini, Indian Ambassador to Kuwait K Jeeva Sagar and other diplomats.
A J Hospital & Research Centre has been attracting and treating Oman and UAE nationals for the last few years and now, Kuwait nationals are expected to come to the hospital to avail the medical facilities. Many patients and Health Tourism companies have expressed their interest in coming to Mangaluru.
