Kasargod: The police have managed to arrest an accused under warrant while he tried to escape from their clutches when they were trying to produce him in court on May 26.
The accused Faizal(19), a resident of Uliyathadka was arrested on charges of assault against Siddique. He was brought to Vidyanagar police station after arrest.
When police tried to produce him in the court he managed to escape on the way. However his attempt to hoodwink the police turned futile as they outran him.
