Mangaluru: Bharat Ratna Prof C N R Rao will be visiting Yenepoya college on February 11. He will be the cheif guest during the ‘Inaugural Yenepoya Foundation Lecture and Launching of Yenepoya Narcotics Educational Foundation of India’. On the occasion, Prof C N R Rao will be conferred with ‘Doctor of Science’.
C N R Rao is a national research professor and honourary president and Linus Pauling research professor, Jawaharlal Nehru centre for advanced scientific research, Bengaluru.
D Indumati Rao and Yenepoya Abdulla Kunhi, chancellor of Yenepoya University will be the guest of honour during the function which will be held at the Indoor Auditorium, Academic block, Yenepoya University campus.
On the occasion Bharat Ratna C N R Rao and Dr Indumati Rao will be felicitated by the chancellor of the university.
