Burglars decamp with Rs. 6 lakh worth jewellery from two houses in Ladyhill

Mangaluru: It has been reported that the burglars got into seven independent houses in a row in Ladyhill area of the City and have robbed assets from two houses out of them on the night of Wednesday November 10.

It is said that the burglars have not entered the locked bedrooms in the residences but have decamped with the jewellery that were easily available outside. The jewellery burgled have been valued at Rs. 6 lakhs. No people have been harmed in the incident.

CCTV footages from the area have captured masked up men walking out of various residences. The police is yet to ascertain the number of gang members.

Urwa Police has lodged a complaint and investigation is on.
