Mangalore: Rotary Mangalore Seaside is set to host the Chinnara Chilipili 2023 Children’s Festival, featuring various competitions for children from Play School to Class 10. The event is scheduled for December 3 at Mangalore University College, Hampanakatta, starting at 9 am. Competitions include fancy dress, memory contests, painting, singing, and group dancing.
