Mangaluru: Union Minister for Chemical and Fertilisers Ananth Kumar said that BJP government had met the demand of farmers for fertilisers. “When UPA government was in power farmers had to suffer. The Urea which was supposed go to the fields of the farmers went to the factories. And after government gave importance to Neem coated Urea, not even single gram was smuggled or sold in black. Instead it goes directly to the fields of farmers,” he claimed.
Continuing he said, Congress leader Oscar Fernandes is in a semi retirement stage, Veerappa Moily went as a refugee to Chikkaballapur and Janardhana Poojary is a dissident. Thus, Congress in Dakshina Kannada is in state of downfall and destruction, he implied.
“On May 26, Narendra Modi’s BJP government completes three years. Narendra Modi is a prime minister who brought the transformation in 3 years which was not possible in the last 70 years. Narendra Modi’s government is a model for good governance to the entire world”, he said.
He also asked party workers to educate public about various programmes of Narendra Modi like Jandhan, Jeevan Jyothi, Jeevan Surakasha, Atal Pension Yojana and others.
