Mangaluru: An endowment lecture on the topic ‘Forays into Space and Beyond’ will be organised by St. Aloysius College, Mangaluru on Wednesday, December 4. Dr. K. Kasturirangan, Former chairman of ISRO and the chairman of the Committee for Drafting National Education Policy will be the speaker on the occasion. The lecture will be held at 10 AM at the Fr. L. F. Rasquinha Auditorium of the college.
Rev. Fr. Dionysius Vas SJ, Rector, St. Aloysius College Institutions, Mangaluru will preside over the programme. Dr. Ronald Nazareth is the coordinator and Dr. Vinola Rodrigues is the convener of the programme. Rev. Dr. Fr. Praveen Martis SJ, Principal, St. Aloysius College will also be present.
On the occasion, Dr. K. Kasturirangan will be felicitated, after which he will address the gathering. This will be followed by Fr Dionysius’ presidential remarks. Subsequently, Dr. K Kasturirangan will move on to the endowment lecture.
