Mangaluru: Dr Ramachandra Bayari was appointed as the new District Health and Family Welfare officer of the Dakshina Kannada district on Tuesday, March 24.
Dr Bayari is to replace Dr Sikandar Pasha, who has been working as the in-charge District Health and Family Welfare Officer after Dr Ramakrishna Rao retired from the service recently.
In his appointment order, N Lakshman, Government Deputy Secretary for Health and Family Welfare Department, informed that Dr Ramachandra Bayari will assume power with immediate effect from Tuesday.
