Moodabidri: An explosion in a crusher site claimed one life and left three others severely injured.
The explosion took place at Iruvailu-Puchemogar grit stone crusher on Thursday evening killing Umesh (34) from Banamathi of Soraba taluk in Shivamogga dead.
The injured have been rushed to various hospitals for treatment.
ACP Rajendra, Moodabidri Inspector Ramachanra Nayak and others visited the spot.
