Mangaluru: Florin Shelomith Soans, Assistant Professor, St Aloysius College (Autonomous), Mangaluru has been awarded a Ph.D. for her thesis titled “Decentralization and Economic Development: A Study in Karnataka State” under the guidance of Dr. Shripathi Kalluraya, Finance Officer, Mangalore University.
She is the daughter of Mrs. Vimala Soans and Mr. J S Soans, Jappinamogaru and wife of Mr. Sandesh Dev, Lecturer, Boscoss PU College Mangaluru.
