Mangaluru: St. Aloysius College’s former vice principal Fr. Lawrence Castelino passed away on Friday, July 6 at the age of 78. He breathed his last at his residence here at Fathima Retreat House.
Fr. Lawrence was also the former principal of St. Aloysius Evening College. Many knew him as a kind yet strict disciplinarian and a charismatic preacher.
The funeral mass will be held at 10 AM on Saturday, July 7 at the Fathima Retreat House. He will be laid to rest at the Jesuit cemetery in Jeppu.
