Mangaluru: In another case of theft reported from the city, thieves made away with gold ornaments worth Rs 2.88 Lakh after barging into a house in Nethravathi Layout near Capitanio.
It is said that theft reported on September 13 morning while no one was at home.
The house is rented by Prashanth Dadella and the theft took place while both he along with his wife was away from home. The thieves gained entry into the house by breaking a window.
Kankanandy Police have registered a case.
