Mangaluru: With ‘election fever’ gripping the state and major political parties experimenting and implementing traditional and innovative ideas to woo the voters, the Mangaluru South constituency’s independent candidate, Shrikar Prabhu has also taken a step towards reaching his voters in a campaign vehicle.
The launching of his campaign vehicle was held on April 22 at his election office premises in Kadri.
Speaking on the occasion, Shrikar Prabhu said, “We have planned 10 levels of campaign programmes. I will be filing my nomination tomorrow and will take a procession from Mangala Stadium till the Kadri Office. We will soon release our manifesto for my constituency and will be utilizing the campaign vehicle to reach out to every voter in my constituency. I have done my home work and the situation is my favour. I will win this election and I will announce the victory margin soon. This election is between political businessmen and honest men and the people of my constituency will ensure my victory.”
During the occasion, his well wishers Suresh Shetty, Jyothi Suresh Shetty, Srinath Pai, Varadharaj Prabhu, R K Shasthri, Shrikar Prabhu Abhimani Sangha President K P Shetty, Secretary Premchandra and core team members were present.
