The Internal Complaint Committee (ICC) organized a workshop focusing on interpersonal relationship building, effective communication skills, and interrelationship issues among college students. The event took place at Dr P Dayananda Pai-P Satisha Pai Government First Grade College in Car Street on Saturday, with a resource person from You Matter Counseling Centre, Mangaluru, leading the program.

College Principal, Jayakara Bhandary M, emphasized the importance of such workshops in facilitating personality development and acknowledged the positive impact of trained teachers on students’ careers. The workshop aimed to enhance students’ communication skills and address issues related to interpersonal relationships.

During the event, winners of essay and poster competitions centered around the theme ‘Gender Sensitization – Issues and Challenges’ were felicitated, further promoting awareness and understanding on this crucial subject.
