Kasargod man with two passports surrenders before police

Kasargod: Man from Kasargod who had obtained two Indian passports by giving fake addresses has surrendered before Kumbla police.

His first passport was obtained on September 25, 1997 with name and address as Nazeer Shiriyam Adam, Pai compound , Badiyadka Road, Kumbla, whereas the second passport obtained on June 28, 2006 mentions his name as Tadaparambil Mohammad Nazeer Moideen Adam from Kadamcheri .

The former district superintendent of police Thomson Jose had given information about this case to Kumbla police during his tenure. At that time the accused was employed in the gulf. After his return on May 18th he sought anticipatory bail from district court and later high court where he was asked to meet the concerned investigation officers.

With no options available he surrendered to police finally but was released on bail with certain conditions.
