Mangaluru: The minister for Food and Public Distribution in Karnataka U T Khader has added one more feather to his hat with Shining India News Group selecting him for ‘Shining India’ award.
The awards are given to ten ministers and one cabinet rank minister across the state and Khader is the only minister to get the ‘Shining India’ Best Minister award this year.
At the award ceremony held in New Delhi on March 29, the minister’s personal assistant received the award on his behalf.
Khader expressed his gratitude and tweeted, “I’m deeply honoured & humbled to receive the Best MLA Award for the 2nd Consecutive year at ‘Shining India Awards Ktaka 2018’. I thank all for this special recognition.Will continue to strive towards the betterment of our constituency with your blessings & support.”
