Mangaluru: On Friday June 4, police commissioner N.Shashi Kumar released a documentary “Covid – Journey of a Cop,” which features assistant reserve sub inspector (ARSI) Arun Alva. Mangaluru city police presented the documentary, which was directed by Raahul Vasishta.
“Since the lockdown was enforced last year, officers have been working around the clock implementing the guidelines,” Shashi Kumar added. 330 officers were found positive in the first wave, with one death, and 88 officers were tested positive in the second wave, with one death.
The five-minute documentary featuring ARSI Arun Alva and directed by Raahul Vasishta will create awareness among cops to take precautionary measures to tackle Covid. The documentary is the real experience of ARSI Arun Alva who tested positive and came back strongly.
