Mangaluru: Bengaluru Police has reached Dakshina Kannada District and are collecting more information about the arrested leaders of the banned PFI, police sources said.
The Bengaluru Police, with the help of the National Investigation Agency, had recently arrested a few PFI leaders from various parts of Dakshina Kannada District including Mangaluru, on charges of hatching a conspiracy to commit a crime on the lines of DJ Halli. Also, it is learnt that Police have collected a few information and returned.
Further, it is also learnt that a team led by Byrappanahalli Inspector Venkatachalapathy and Adugodi Inspector Manjunath has now arrived in the City to collect more information with the help of the Police Commissionerate and police under Dakshina Kannada District Superintendent of Police limits.
