Mangaluru: Angered over KPCC vice-president Gangadhar Gowda’s involvement in any party’s election campaign during the assembly elections, congress workers have submitted a 18-page signature and a complaint letter with some documents to KPCC president DK Shivakumar seeking disciplinary action against him.

During the Assembly elections, KPCC vice-president Gangadhar Gowda, who was in a prominent position in the party from the day the election dates were announced till the date of the election results, did not attend any party meeting or any campaign meeting attended by the KPCC president in Ujire, and there are also records of him telling his close ones not to vote for the Congress party. A complaint has been lodged with KPCC president DK Shivakumar seeking immediate action against those who betrayed the party.
