Mangaluru: The main accused of the cooker bomb blast explosion incident Mohammed Sharique has been shifted to Bengaluru.
City Police Commissioner N. Shashi Kumar on Saturday December 17 informed that Sharique had been shifted to Bengaluru following the approval from the hospital doctor and other authorities.
He said that Sharique arrived in Bengaluru at 6.00 am on December 17 and would continue receiving medical treatment at the Victoria Hospital.
Shariq sustained burns and other injuries after the cooker he was carrying exploded unexpectedly on November 19, while travelling in an autorickshaw near Naguri. He had been receiving medical treatment since then at a hospital in Mangaluru.
