Mangaluru: In a rare incident, a mother who was bitten by a cobra was rescued by her daughter with first aid at Keyyur in Puttur Taluk of the District.
Shramya Rai, a second-year BCA student of Vivekananda Degree College in Puttur and also a Ranger of Scouts and Guides, is the adventurer.
The incident took place five days ago and the student’s sense of timing and courage has been widely appreciated.
