Mangaluru: Shyamsundar Bhat Hosamule, the person accused of putting up a derogatory post on social media against Former Corporator of Mangaluru City Corporation and Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) Coordinator Pratibha Kulai, has been granted anticipatory bail on Wednesday November 9.

The II Additional Sessions Court granted the bail.

It can be recalled here that while Congress had staged a protest denanding the closure of Surathkal Tollgate, Kulai was detained from the protest site along with other protesters.

As she refused to be detained, she complained that she was treated indecently. Taking this to social media, Bhat had allegedly put up derogatory post. Condemning this, Kulai has filed a complaint.
