Mangaluru International Airport Expands Flight Network for Summer 2024

Passengers traveling through Mangaluru International Airport (IXE) can anticipate increased connectivity and convenience during the upcoming summer season, commencing March 31st, 2024. The airport is proud to announce a significant expansion of its flight network, catering to the growing demand for travel.

Enhanced Capacity and Destination Reach

IXE will offer a 2% increase in available seats compared to winter 2023, totaling 27,670 seats across 17 destinations. This expansion provides passengers with a broader range of options for both domestic and international travel.

Domestic Network Expansion

The airport continues to strengthen its domestic connectivity, with direct flights to major Indian cities such as Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Pune. Additionally, a new destination, Tiruchirappalli, has been added to the domestic roster, enhancing regional travel within India.

International Route Expansion

IXE welcomes Jeddah as a new international destination for the summer season, complementing existing routes to popular destinations like Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Dammam, Muscat, Doha, Kuwait, and Bahrain. This expanded international connectivity caters to diverse travel aspirations, connecting passengers to prominent cultural and commercial hubs worldwide.
