Mangaluru: A video of the incident in which a boy was beaten up in 2021 under Subrahmanya Police Station limits has gone viral on social media. The Dakshina Kannada District Police have issued a warning in this regard.
A case has been registered at Subrahmanya Police Station and also a chargesheet has been filed in the court.
Appropriate legal action will also be taken against those who spread such old videos on social media without verifying their antecedents and disturb the health of the society, warned Dakshina Kannada District Superintendent of Police Dr. Vikram Amate.
