Mangaluru: Plaint filed after woman, daughter go missing

Mangaluru: A mother and her baby daughter, who were residing in a rented house at Kombagudde in the village of Malar, have gone missing since December 25.

The missing people are Muttavva (age 26) and Ganga, her daughter, who is 2.5 years old. Ameen, who resides in the rented house owned by Mustaq Saheb in Kombu Gudde, is married to Muttavva.

According to sources, Ameen went to his owner’s home on December 25 after eating breakfast to get his salary. He also had a few talks with his friends. When he returned home at 10.00 am, he found that his wife and daughter were missing.

Ameen tried to call his wife on her mobile phone, but it was off. He called his friends and family as well, but they could not find her. He has filed a complaint with the Kaup Police Station.
