Mangaluru: Police officers raided an illegal slaughterhouse near Maddadka and arrested persons.
The arrested accused have been identified as Harris (30), Ismail (41) of Belur Gonibedi and Hamid (46) of Maddadka.
The illegal slaughterhouse in Maddadka of Kuvettu village was reported to police by Bajaran Dal workers.
Police conducted a raid on the premises and seized 55 kg of beef and other equipments.
