Mangaluru: Padma Shri awardee Saalumarada Thimmakka on Saturday October 15 visited Kuttaru Koragajja Adisthala and Rakteshwari and Elveru Sirikulu Adisthala along with her family and offered prayers.
While praying she wished, “may the powers of God bless everyone with good. Let the pandemic that has afflicted the country go away. May everyone lead a happy life along with concern for the environment.” She also said that nature worship is the worship of God.
Thimmakka’s foster son Umesh said, “Earlier, the prayers offered at Adisthalam had paid off. Now I have come with my mother. May strength, health and good luck be bestowed on all,” he said.
