Mangaluru: The young men dressed up as tigers during the Thokkotu Mosaru Kudike Utsava collected fund and donated amount to cancer patients and the specially- abled, thus serving as role models.
On Sunday September 4, during the 2022 festival procession held at Thokkotu, Vaidyanatha Friends (R) and Team Chatrapati of Ullalabail entertained the people by setting up a tableau dressed as tigers. They danced in the public, went to houses and shops and collected Rs. 60,000 from the donations. The money has been given to the needy people.
The service work of Vaidyanatha Friends, Team Chatrapati, who set an example by using the donation money to uplift the weaker sections of the society, has been appreciated by the people.
