Mangaluru: Vittal Police Station Inspector H. E. Nagaraj has been selected for the Chief Minister’s Gold Medal for the year 2022.
Nagaraj has been selected for his work in the investigation and detection of serious cases.
H. E. Nagaraj, a PSI of the batch had initially completed his probationary training in Koppal District and joined the SI at Tarikere Police Station in Chikkamagaluru.
Subsequently, SI worked at Kadaba, Bantwal Rural, Puttur Traffic, Vittal and Venoor Police Stations. He was promoted to Inspector and transferred to Bhatkal Coastal Security Police Station.
He was later posted as the first inspector at the Vittal Police Station.
