Mangaluru: Mangaluru East police detained a minor from Akash Bhavan for stealing a motorcycle, on Thursday, February 28.
According to the police sources, the 14-year-old boy stole motorcycle, which was parked in front of a house, located at Kadri Paade, near Kadri Kambala road on February 26. Based on a credible information from the locals, Mangaluru East police succeeded in nabbing the accused along with the stolen motorcycle.
Kadri inspector told newskarnataka.com that the minor was arrested when he was trying to sell the stolen motorcycle for a meagre amount. He has been sent to a government-run observation home.
