Mobile eye testing unit introduced by Kamath Opticals

Mangaluru: With the pandemic situation on the rise and people afraid to go out of their houses, the new venture by the Kamath Opticals is indeed very helpful for the society. This 53-year-old firm launched the first mobile eye screening unit in the district on January 31.

This unit consists of an advanced computerised eye test equipment, along with an expert optometrist, advanced optical frames and lenses available at an affordable price.

“All they have to do is call us and we will be there at their doorstep, to offer our services,” said Nithin Kamat. He explained that along with getting a free eye test, the people can buy optical frames, goggles and contact lenses of various brands.

Dr UR Shenoy along with other dignitaries launched the mobile eye screening unit.
