Mangaluru: MSNM Besant Institute of Post Graduate Studies is hosting a one-day workshop on start-ups in association with Kanara Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) Wednesday, February 19 at Nethravathi Auditorium at MSNM Besant campus at Bondel, Mangaluru.
Isaac Vas, president of Kanara Chamber of Commerce and Industry will inaugurate the workshop at 9.30 am. Kudpi Jagadish Shenoy, president of Women’s National Education Society will be presiding over the programme.
Participation in the workshop is open to the public. The workshop will help the participants to understand the processes, challenges, risks and rewards involved in starting a new business. It will also provide information on the legal procedures involved, developing business model, funding etc.
Ajith Kamath K, Naveen Narayan, Santosh Prabhu, Dr. Madanmohan Rao and Avinash Karanth are the resource persons for the workshop.
Registration fee is Rs. 250 for students and Rs. 1000 for young entrepreneurs.
