Mangaluru: Canine friends had a good time, grabbing all the attention at Ramakrishna College ground near Bunts Hostel Circle, where ‘Branded Ads’ organised a pet show on Sunday, January 27.
The owners of dogs were given one minute time to exhibit their pet dogs. When the organisers called their number, they came and made their dog walk at the allocated slot. Though some dogs did well, some refused to listen to their masters.
Dogs from Mangaluru, Udupi, Puttur and other surrounding areas came to the show. Different species of dogs like German shepherd, Rottweiler, Chow Chow, Pomeranian, Great Dane among others participated in the event.
Over 50 dogs participated in the show. Along with the pet show, there was medical check up for registered pets, lecture on pet awareness and car, fancy dress competition and ramp walk for pets, smart pet competition, pet selfie competition among others.
