Mangaluru: Former president of Mangalore Urban Development Authority (MUDA) and veteran Congress leader Ibrahim Kodijal requested the electorate to vote for the Congress and Janata Dal (s) coalition candidate from Mangaluru Lok Sabha constituency Mithun Rai, here on Wednesday, April 10.
Speaking to media at the Dakshina Kannada District Congress Committee (DKDCC) office located at Mallikatte, he said that the coalition candidate Mithun Rai is an intellectual, well-educated and an able candidate who could raise his voice against the issues of the district.
He requested the voters of the district to help him emerge victorious.
“In my entire political career I have seen a number of politicians and great leaders, but had never come across a liar like Prime Minister Narendra Modi”, Ibrahim said.
Ridiculing Modi’s decision making power, he said, “PM Modi is not capable of taking any decision. Every decision that he took has failed miserably and created problems for the country, instead of solutions. This shows that he is an incapable leader.”
Congress leaders Padmanabha Naringana, Sadashiv Ullal, B H Khader and others were present.
