Mangaluru: For the first time after formation of the coalition government and very next day of Kumaraswamy’s meet with AICC President Rahul Gandhi, PWD Minister H D Revanna met former CM Siddaramaiah.
Revanna, who visited Dakshina Kannada district to examine the rain fury, especially the Charmadi Ghat on Tuesday used the opportunity to meet the former CM, who is at Shantivana Yoga and Nature Cure Hospital near Dharmasthala. Though they are very close, there was a war of words between two leaders during the distribution of ministries, according to sources. Anyhow, his meeting with Siddaramaiah raised many eyebrows in the political circle.
Revanna reviewed the Ghat section which has been ruined after the heavy rains. He directed the officials to complete the repair works as early as possible.
