Mangaluru: An orientation programme for aspirants who wish to enter professional courses through CET will be held at Sahyadri College of Engineering and Management from 9.30 am to 11: 00 am on Saturday, June 23.
The progamme “The right perspective to option entry” is organised by the start-up companies located at the Sahyadri Campus including Dreamers, Challengers, Caliper Engineering Lab, RDL Technologies, DTI Labz and Dream Soft Innovations. Students often get poor ranking due to common errors in marking the answers in the multiple choice based questions. Experienced persons who have personal experience of competitive exams and deep understanding will guide students about the methods to choose the right options to questions asked in CET.
Dr. Umesh M Bhushi, Director- Strategic Planning and Dr. Srinivasa Rao Kunte, Principal Sahyadri College will explain methods of making CET option entry, SNQ (Super Numeracy Quota) seats, information about different branches of engineering, criteria that can be used to select branches and colleges, and any other queries of the students and their parents, said a press release of the college.
