Mangaluru: The Dakshina Kannada police have arrested a person reportedly said to be the prime accused in the murder case of RSS worker Sharath Madivala on August 21.
The name of the accused is yet to be ascertained.
So far, the police have arrested nine persons in this connection including the Chamarajanagar district president of PFI. But however, the prime accused in the case was absconding but finally the police was successful in arresting him from Mysuru.
It may be recalled that 28-year-old Sharath, an RSS worker was assaulted by unidentified men on July 4. He succumbed to his injuries on July 8 after battling for life for three days at a city hospital.
