Mangaluru: A fire erupted at a shop in Hampanakatte on Thursday, September 27.
According to sources, all the staff and customers who were in the shop at the time of the incident are safe.
Two other shops, Kamath & Co and Selection Centre, were affected by the fire.
The Pandeshwar Fire Brigade responded to the incident and arrived at the spot to extinguish the fire.
Police Commissioner T R Suresh, DCP Uma Prashanth, Mayor Bhaskar Moily and other corporators visited the spot.
