Sullia: A youth stabbed and killed his classmate allegedly for not accepting his love, here on February 20, near Chenna Keshava temple in Sullia.
The deceased is identified as Akshatha, a second B.Sc student of Nehru Memorial college.
According to reports, Karthik who is now under police custody allegedly followed Akshatha near the temple and stabbed her. It is learnt that he tried to commit suicide.
Akshatha breathed her last while being taken to nearby hospital.
