Mangaluru: Hotel Taj Gateway’s Cardamom restaurant will be hosting a ‘Konkani Food Festival- A Gastronomic GSB Adventure’, on December 7, 8 and 9 at its premises along the Old Port Road, Mangaluru.
Guests can experience authentic Konkani cuisine of the GSB community and tickle their palates with the vibrant flavours of the coastal city at the festival
The festival, curated by Chef Komal Prabhu, will be a dinner buffet priced at Rs 999 per head.

Chef Komal Prabhu is the CoProprietrix and CAO (Chief Administrative Officer) of the Maharaja group, a leading name in the food hospitality industry. She has more than 20 years of experience in this space.
In addition to the Maharaja Multicuisine Family Restaurant, she also manages Rathna Hotels, a restaurant at the Bangalore Golf Club and a 24×7 Corporate Cafeteria “Chef Komal’s Kitchen” at Diya Systems, Mangaluru.
