A lifestyle experience takes on a new look at MIA Carnival

Mangaluru: The ongoing ‘Summer Carnival’ at Mangaluru International Airport just got ‘luxurious’ on May 26. The inauguration of Forest Essentials, a pioneer in luxurious Ayurveda means that the passengers now have the option to buy an array of authentic traditional skincare brands at this #GatewayToGoodness, adding to the fast-growing repertoire of retail stores at the airport.

Located between gates 4 and 4A on the first floor of the domestic security hold area (SHA), Forest Essentials offers products that range from facial care, body care, hair care, and gentleman’s collection. The store also has gift options that a discerning traveller could explore. The liquid formulations come in a travel size of 50ml bottles and are also available in 130ml and 200ml bottles for regular users.

MIA also recently onboarded a Gujarat based start-up – Roastea, which prides itself as a full-fledged beverage company. Also located on the first floor of domestic SHA, Roastea gives passengers a wide range of snacking options. Specializing in ‘chai’, Roastea also offers the passengers the taste of authentic filter coffee, cold brews, green tea, cold coffee, iced teas and thick shakes.

With a range of pastries, and savouries with local flavour, Roastea also vends badam milk, Choco bar and choconuts candy, ice creams, matka kulfi, cassata, can juice, cookies and fresh juices. Extracts that spice up Tea that one enjoys, add to the snacking experience here. The stores strive to give passengers a curated lifestyle experience of exciting shopping experiences, culinary delights, and lots more.
