Mangaluru: In a shocking incident, the accessories from ambulance parked on the streets of Mukkachery in Ullal were robbed Thursday night.
The accessories such as MP Player, ventilation equipment and stereo fitted to the ambulance were taken away by the thieves.
Ambulance named Shri Ganesh had been parked roadside at Mukkachery last evening and the driver had gone home. When he came back on Friday morning, he found that accessories worth Rs 40,000 were stolen.
Driver Gangadhar has lodged a complaint regarding this at the Ullal Police Station.
