Three persons discharged from Wenlock after recovering from COVID-19

Mangaluru: Three persons have been discharged from Wenlock Hospital after recovering from Covid-19 on Wednesday, May 20.

With this, a total of 20 persons (out of 55) from the Dakshina Kannada district have recovered and been discharged from the hospital till today.

The three people who were discharged today are a 61-year-old man from Boloor, his 11-year-old granddaughter and a 16-year-old girl from Bantwal.

It can be noted that the 61-year-old man’s wife, who had also tested positive for COVID-19 succumbed to the disease recently. A total of five persons in his family had been infected with the disease. His daughter and son-in-law are still receiving treatment at the Wenlock Hospital.
