Kasargod: Miscreants kidnapped a truck driver and cleaner here, demanding a ransom of Rs 60000 from the truck owner.

As per the complaint by truck driver Ashraf, a case has been registered against three people.
Reportedly, a team of miscreants who came in a car kidnapped truck driver and cleaner from Neerchalu while they were transporting sand on Wednesday. After kidnapping they took them to an isolated place in Bella Kargil. The accused cut the deflated the truck tyre and called the owner over phone demanding the ransom money.
The police reached the spot on receiving information but the accused had fled the spot. Police have seized the truck.
Badiyadka Police have stated that they have clue regarding the accused.
